    {
      "q": "Do staff get fee concession for their children?",
      "a": "Many schools offer a tuition-fee concession for the children of full-time staff, subject to admission criteria and available seats. The appointment letter or the school's written HR policy is the authoritative source — confirm what applies before treating it as compensation."
    },
    {
      "q": "How big are the classes?",
      "a": "Class sizes in Indian K-12 schools usually fall in the 25–40 student range. Premium IB/IGCSE schools often cap sections at 22–25."
    },
    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at B R Memorial Public School?",
      "a": "Most schools have a defined band per role but the final number is negotiable within it. The strongest levers are recent teaching experience, board expertise, and willingness to take on coordinator/extra-curricular responsibilities."
    },
    {
      "q": "What questions are asked in a Athletics Coach interview?",
      "a": "A full library of role-specific interview guides (PRT, TGT, PGT, subject-wise, coordinator, principal) with model answers is at /interview-questions."
    },
    {
      "q": "Will I get PF and statutory benefits?",

    {
      "q": "How do I write an application email for this Athletics Coach role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"Athletics Coach — B R Memorial Public School\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is B.Ed mandatory for this role?",
      "a": "For most K-12 teaching positions a B.Ed (or NIOS D.El.Ed for primary) is preferred and often required by board affiliations; pre-primary and special-skill roles sometimes accept relevant certification in lieu. Detailed CTET/TET and eligibility rules are covered in the guide: /guides/ctet-tet-qualifications."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is there a probation period?",
      "a": "Yes — a 3 to 6 month probation is standard in K-12 schools across India. Benefits like PF and gratuity continue to accrue from day one regardless."

    {
      "q": "Where exactly is B R Memorial Public School located?",
