      "q": "Will I get PF and statutory benefits?",

    },
    {
      "q": "Do staff get fee concession for their children?",
      "a": "Many schools offer a tuition-fee concession for the children of full-time staff, subject to admission criteria and available seats. The appointment letter or the school's written HR policy is the authoritative source — confirm what applies before treating it as compensation."

      "q": "Do I have to work weekends?",

    {
      "q": "What is the average Basketball Coach salary in Begusarai?",
      "a": "Check the \"Salary snapshot\" section above for the entry / typical / senior band tailored to Basketball Coach roles in Begusarai. City tier and board affiliation move the number materially — IB and Cambridge schools sit at the top of the range, state-board private schools at the base."
    },
    {
      "q": "How long after the interview until I get an offer letter?",
      "a": "Most schools issue a written offer within 3–7 working days of the final round. If you don't hear back in 10 days, a quick polite follow-up via the \"Message employer\" button on this Basketball Coach listing is usually welcome."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",

In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted.
