    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at R N International School?",
      "a": "Yes — the band shown is a starting point. Schools consider your last-drawn CTC, teaching experience, board expertise (CBSE) and any specialist skills. Come prepared with a specific number and a 1-line justification."
    },
    {
      "q": "How will I know if my application is being reviewed?",
      "a": "Every status change (viewed, shortlisted, interview scheduled, offered) is pushed to your dashboard and email. Turn on job alerts for the same role in the same city so you don't lose momentum if this one pauses."
    },
    {
      "q": "What qualifications are required for a Basketball Coach?",
      "a": "Most Basketball Coach roles require a relevant Bachelor's/Master's in the subject plus a B.Ed (or equivalent teacher-training qualification). Specific board requirements (CTET, IB workshops, IGCSE training) may also apply."
    },
    {
      "q": "How do I write an application email for this Basketball Coach role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"Basketball Coach — R N International School\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average Basketball Coach salary in Lakhimpur Kheri?",
      "a": "Refer to the on-page \"Salary snapshot\" for the current market band. Broadly, Basketball Coach pay in Lakhimpur Kheri rises with years of experience, board (IB > CBSE > state), and school size — the linked full pay report breaks these out further."

    },
    {
      "q": "What's the interview process like for this teaching role?",

    },
    {
      "q": "Are meals provided at school?",
      "a": "Most schools offer a subsidised staff canteen or a daily mid-morning snack and lunch. Boarding schools typically include all meals for residential staff."
    },
    {
      "q": "I'm serving notice — should I still apply?",
      "a": "Yes. Most schools accept candidates with up to 60 days of notice. Mention your last working day clearly in your application so the school can plan the joining accordingly."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."
