    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at Shri Ram Public School Sarera?",
      "a": "Most schools have a defined band per role but the final number is negotiable within it. The strongest levers are recent teaching experience, board expertise, and willingness to take on coordinator/extra-curricular responsibilities."
    },
    {
      "q": "How big are the classes?",
      "a": "Class sizes in Indian K-12 schools usually fall in the 25–40 student range. Premium IB/IGCSE schools often cap sections at 22–25."
    },
    {
      "q": "How do I make a resume for a STATE BOARD Basketball Coach job?",
      "a": "Use the free school-style resume builder — role-anchored headline, B.Ed/CTET/PD block, and measurable outcomes per school (a one-page PDF is what shortlisters want): /resume-builder."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is this a fixed-term or open-ended contract?",
      "a": "Most permanent teaching roles in Indian K-12 schools are open-ended after a 3–6 month probation. The offer letter you receive will state the exact terms, including probation, notice period and confirmation criteria."
    },
    {
      "q": "What arrangements are there for women teachers' commute and safety?",
      "a": "Most reputable schools in Udaipur run staff transport (bus or shared cab) covering the main residential clusters, with women-first drop after evening duties. On-campus, ICC (Internal Complaints Committee) compliance is standard. Confirm the route map and the last drop time during the interview."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is B.Ed mandatory for this role?",
      "a": "For most K-12 teaching positions a B.Ed (or NIOS D.El.Ed for primary) is preferred and often required by board affiliations; pre-primary and special-skill roles sometimes accept relevant certification in lieu. Detailed CTET/TET and eligibility rules are covered in the guide: /guides/ctet-tet-qualifications."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average Basketball Coach salary in Udaipur?",
      "a": "Check the \"Salary snapshot\" section above for the entry / typical / senior band tailored to Basketball Coach roles in Udaipur. City tier and board affiliation move the number materially — IB and Cambridge schools sit at the top of the range, state-board private schools at the base."
    },
    {
      "q": "What does a typical day look like?",
      "a": "School days usually run 7.5–8 hours with 5–6 teaching periods, plus prep, lunch and one or two non-teaching duties (homework checks, library, club). Saturdays vary by school."
    },
    {
      "q": "How will I know if my application is being reviewed?",
