      "q": "How long after the interview until I get an offer letter?",
      "a": "Most schools issue a written offer within 3–7 working days of the final round. If you don't hear back in 10 days, a quick polite follow-up via the \"Message employer\" button on this Basketball Coach listing is usually welcome."

    {
      "q": "What qualifications are required for a Basketball Coach?",
      "a": "Most Basketball Coach roles require a relevant Bachelor's/Master's in the subject plus a B.Ed (or equivalent teacher-training qualification). Specific board requirements (CTET, IB workshops, IGCSE training) may also apply."

In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Detailed CTET/TET and eligibility rules are covered in the guide: /guides/ctet-tet-qualifications."

    {
      "q": "Is there a probation period?",
      "a": "Yes — a 3 to 6 month probation is standard in K-12 schools across India. Benefits like PF and gratuity continue to accrue from day one regardless."
    },
    {
      "q": "Are detailed lesson plans expected?",
