    {
      "q": "What is the leave policy?",
      "a": "Schools usually offer 10–18 leaves per year on top of public/school holidays. Earned-leave encashment policies vary — check the offer letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "How long after the interview until I get an offer letter?",
      "a": "Most schools issue a written offer within 3–7 working days of the final round. If you don't hear back in 10 days, a quick polite follow-up via the \"Message employer\" button on this Nursery Teacher listing is usually welcome."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is there a probation period?",
      "a": "Yes — a 3 to 6 month probation is standard in K-12 schools across India. Benefits like PF and gratuity continue to accrue from day one regardless."

      "a": "Check the \"Salary snapshot\" section above for the entry / typical / senior band tailored to Nursery Teacher roles in Ernakulam. City tier and board affiliation move the number materially — IB and Cambridge schools sit at the top of the range, state-board private schools at the base."
    },
    {
      "q": "How long does it take to hear back after applying?",
      "a": "Schools usually shortlist within a week or two. Set up a job alert for similar roles so you don't miss the next match if this one doesn't move forward."
    },
    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at Green Valley Public School?",
      "a": "Most schools have a defined band per role but the final number is negotiable within it. The strongest levers are recent teaching experience, board expertise, and willingness to take on coordinator/extra-curricular responsibilities."
    },
    {
      "q": "I'm serving notice — should I still apply?",
      "a": "Absolutely — schools regularly hire candidates on notice. Be upfront about your release date so interview scheduling and the offer timeline can be aligned."
