    {
      "q": "Is English fluency required?",

    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."

      "q": "Do I have to work weekends?",

    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Biology salary in Gonda?",
      "a": "Check the \"Salary snapshot\" section above for the entry / typical / senior band tailored to PGT Biology roles in Gonda. City tier and board affiliation move the number materially — IB and Cambridge schools sit at the top of the range, state-board private schools at the base."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the leave policy?",
      "a": "Schools usually offer 10–18 leaves per year on top of public/school holidays. Earned-leave encashment policies vary — check the offer letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is there a probation period?",
      "a": "Yes — a 3 to 6 month probation is standard in K-12 schools across India. Benefits like PF and gratuity continue to accrue from day one regardless."
    },
    {
      "q": "What qualifications are required for a PGT Biology?",
      "a": "Most PGT Biology roles require a relevant Bachelor's/Master's in the subject plus a B.Ed (or equivalent teacher-training qualification). Specific board requirements (CTET, IB workshops, IGCSE training) may also apply."
    },
    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at Janta Shishu Mandir?",
      "a": "Most schools have a defined band per role but the final number is negotiable within it. The strongest levers are recent teaching experience, board expertise, and willingness to take on coordinator/extra-curricular responsibilities."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is background verification done before joining?",
      "a": "Standard pre-joining checks cover qualification documents, prior employment, and reference calls. Some larger groups also do criminal-record verification."
