    {
      "q": "Where exactly is Maruti Nandan Public School Merta City located?",
      "a": "The school is in Nagaur, Rajasthan. Check the \"About the school\" section for the campus link and the nearest public-transport reference."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is there a probation period?",
      "a": "Yes — a 3 to 6 month probation is standard in K-12 schools across India. Benefits like PF and gratuity continue to accrue from day one regardless."
    },
    {
      "q": "What kind of professional development is offered?",
      "a": "Most schools run weekly/monthly in-house PD sessions on pedagogy and assessment. Funded external workshops (board-specific or subject-specific) are offered to teachers in good standing."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the salary for this PGT Biology role?",
      "a": "The salary band is shown in the \"Key facts\" panel above. Final offers depend on your years of experience, qualifications and the interview outcome."
    },
    {
      "q": "What qualifications are required for a PGT Biology?",
      "a": "Most PGT Biology roles require a relevant Bachelor's/Master's in the subject plus a B.Ed (or equivalent teacher-training qualification). Specific board requirements (CTET, IB workshops, IGCSE training) may also apply."
    },
    {
      "q": "Do staff get fee concession for their children?",
      "a": "Many schools offer a tuition-fee concession for the children of full-time staff, subject to admission criteria and available seats. The appointment letter or the school's written HR policy is the authoritative source — confirm what applies before treating it as compensation."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is B.Ed mandatory for this role?",
      "a": "For most K-12 teaching positions a B.Ed (or NIOS D.El.Ed for primary) is preferred and often required by board affiliations; pre-primary and special-skill roles sometimes accept relevant certification in lieu. Detailed CTET/TET and eligibility rules are covered in the guide: /guides/ctet-tet-qualifications."
    },
    {
      "q": "I'm serving notice — should I still apply?",
      "a": "Absolutely — schools regularly hire candidates on notice. Be upfront about your release date so interview scheduling and the offer timeline can be aligned."

      "q": "What is the average PGT Biology salary in Nagaur?",
      "a": "Check the \"Salary snapshot\" section above for the entry / typical / senior band tailored to PGT Biology roles in Nagaur. City tier and board affiliation move the number materially — IB and Cambridge schools sit at the top of the range, state-board private schools at the base."

      "q": "How do I write an application email for this PGT Biology role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"PGT Biology — Maruti Nandan Public School Merta City\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
