    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Biology salary in Jaunpur?",
      "a": "Refer to the on-page \"Salary snapshot\" for the current market band. Broadly, PGT Biology pay in Jaunpur rises with years of experience, board (IB > CBSE > state), and school size — the linked full pay report breaks these out further."
    },
    {
      "q": "How long after the interview until I get an offer letter?",
      "a": "Typically 3–7 working days after the final interview, once reference checks and internal approvals are done. Verbal confirmations sometimes come sooner — always wait for the written offer before resigning your current role."
    },
    {
      "q": "How do I write an application email for this PGT Biology role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"PGT Biology — Mata FER Yadav BAL Vidya Mandir\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
    },

      "a": "Yes. Most schools accept candidates with up to 60 days of notice. Mention your last working day clearly in your application so the school can plan the joining accordingly."
    },
    {
      "q": "What qualifications are required for a PGT Biology?",
      "a": "Most PGT Biology roles require a relevant Bachelor's/Master's in the subject plus a B.Ed (or equivalent teacher-training qualification). Specific board requirements (CTET, IB workshops, IGCSE training) may also apply."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the leave policy?",

    },
    {
      "q": "Is school transport available for staff?",
      "a": "Staff transport varies. Larger schools with their own fleet usually allow staff onboarding on existing routes; smaller schools may not run dedicated routes."
    },
    {
      "q": "Are detailed lesson plans expected?",
      "a": "Schools generally require lesson plans aligned to the syllabus and pacing calendar. Coordinators review them weekly or fortnightly."
    },
    {
      "q": "What arrangements are there for women teachers' commute and safety?",
      "a": "Staff transport with defined pickup points, a women-first evening drop policy, CCTV coverage in corridors and staff areas, and an active Internal Complaints Committee are the norm at most established Indian schools. Ask HR for the specific route serving your locality."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."
