    {
      "q": "What is the leave policy?",
      "a": "Schools usually offer 10–18 leaves per year on top of public/school holidays. Earned-leave encashment policies vary — check the offer letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "What's the interview process like for this teaching role?",
      "a": "Typical schools run a screening call → a demo class (15–30 minutes for the relevant grade) → a panel interview with the Principal/HOD. Some boards also ask for a written response or a sample lesson plan."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Biology salary in Jamnagar?",
      "a": "Check the \"Salary snapshot\" section above for the entry / typical / senior band tailored to PGT Biology roles in Jamnagar. City tier and board affiliation move the number materially — IB and Cambridge schools sit at the top of the range, state-board private schools at the base."
    },
    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at Shree Satya Sai Vidyalaya?",
      "a": "Most schools have a defined band per role but the final number is negotiable within it. The strongest levers are recent teaching experience, board expertise, and willingness to take on coordinator/extra-curricular responsibilities."

    {
      "q": "Where exactly is Shree Satya Sai Vidyalaya located?",

      "a": "School days usually run 7.5–8 hours with 5–6 teaching periods, plus prep, lunch and one or two non-teaching duties (homework checks, library, club). Saturdays vary by school."
    },
    {
      "q": "Which curriculum does the school follow?",
      "a": "Shree Satya Sai Vidyalaya follows the CBSE curriculum, so teaching, assessment and reporting align to that framework."
    },
    {
      "q": "Do staff get fee concession for their children?",
      "a": "Many schools offer a tuition-fee concession for the children of full-time staff, subject to admission criteria and available seats. The appointment letter or the school's written HR policy is the authoritative source — confirm what applies before treating it as compensation."
    },
    {
      "q": "How big are the classes?",
