    {
      "q": "What qualifications are required for a PGT Biology?",
      "a": "Most PGT Biology roles require a relevant Bachelor's/Master's in the subject plus a B.Ed (or equivalent teacher-training qualification). Specific board requirements (CTET, IB workshops, IGCSE training) may also apply."
    },
    {
      "q": "Will I get PF and statutory benefits?",
      "a": "Yes — established schools provide EPF (Provident Fund) and gratuity (after 5 years), and most also provide ESI for staff under the wage threshold. Specifics are spelled out in the offer letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "Do I have to work weekends?",

    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at Tagore International Sch.?",
      "a": "Yes — the band shown is a starting point. Schools consider your last-drawn CTC, teaching experience, board expertise and any specialist skills. Come prepared with a specific number and a 1-line justification."

    },
    {
      "q": "Is B.Ed mandatory for this role?",
      "a": "For most K-12 teaching positions a B.Ed (or NIOS D.El.Ed for primary) is preferred and often required by board affiliations; pre-primary and special-skill roles sometimes accept relevant certification in lieu. Detailed CTET/TET and eligibility rules are covered in the guide: /guides/ctet-tet-qualifications."
    },
    {
      "q": "Are detailed lesson plans expected?",
      "a": "Schools generally require lesson plans aligned to the syllabus and pacing calendar. Coordinators review them weekly or fortnightly."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Biology salary in Hathras?",
      "a": "Refer to the on-page \"Salary snapshot\" for the current market band. Broadly, PGT Biology pay in Hathras rises with years of experience, board (IB > CBSE > state), and school size — the linked full pay report breaks these out further."
