    {
      "q": "What's the interview process like for this teaching role?",
      "a": "Most schools have 2–3 rounds: an HR call, a demo lesson, then a leadership interview. Be ready to walk through one of your lesson plans and how you handle classroom management."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."

    {
      "q": "Is B.Ed mandatory for this role?",
      "a": "For most K-12 teaching positions a B.Ed (or NIOS D.El.Ed for primary) is preferred and often required by board affiliations; pre-primary and special-skill roles sometimes accept relevant certification in lieu. Detailed CTET/TET and eligibility rules are covered in the guide: /guides/ctet-tet-qualifications."
    },
    {
      "q": "Are detailed lesson plans expected?",
      "a": "Schools generally require lesson plans aligned to the syllabus and pacing calendar. Coordinators review them weekly or fortnightly."
    },
    {
      "q": "How do I write an application email for this PGT Computer Science role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"PGT Computer Science — Rudra Academy Upper Primary School Dodua\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is background verification done before joining?",
      "a": "Yes — most schools run document and reference verification, and many use third-party background checks. Keep your last 2–3 employer references and original certificates ready."
    },
    {
      "q": "What kind of professional development is offered?",
      "a": "Most schools run weekly/monthly in-house PD sessions on pedagogy and assessment. Funded external workshops (board-specific or subject-specific) are offered to teachers in good standing."
    },
    {
      "q": "Which curriculum does the school follow?",
      "a": "Rudra Academy Upper Primary School Dodua follows the state-board curriculum, so teaching, assessment and reporting align to that framework."
    },
    {
      "q": "How long does it take to hear back after applying?",
      "a": "Schools usually shortlist within a week or two. Set up a job alert for similar roles so you don't miss the next match if this one doesn't move forward."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Computer Science salary in Sirohi?",
      "a": "Refer to the on-page \"Salary snapshot\" for the current market band. Broadly, PGT Computer Science pay in Sirohi rises with years of experience, board (IB > CBSE > state), and school size — the linked full pay report breaks these out further."
