    {
      "q": "Is English fluency required?",
      "a": "Yes — instruction is in English at most the school's schools. Comfortable English communication for classroom delivery and parent meetings is expected."
    },
    {
      "q": "How will I know if my application is being reviewed?",
      "a": "Every status change (viewed, shortlisted, interview scheduled, offered) is pushed to your dashboard and email. Turn on job alerts for the same role in the same city so you don't lose momentum if this one pauses."
    },
    {
      "q": "How do I write an application email for this PGT Computer Science role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"PGT Computer Science — Sm International Convent School Firoz Shah\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
    },

      "q": "How do I make a resume for a PGT Computer Science job?",

    },
    {
      "q": "How long after the interview until I get an offer letter?",
      "a": "Typically 3–7 working days after the final interview, once reference checks and internal approvals are done. Verbal confirmations sometimes come sooner — always wait for the written offer before resigning your current role."
    },
    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at Sm International Convent School Firoz Shah?",
      "a": "Yes — the band shown is a starting point. Schools consider your last-drawn CTC, teaching experience, board expertise and any specialist skills. Come prepared with a specific number and a 1-line justification."
    },
    {
      "q": "What non-teaching duties are expected?",
      "a": "Common non-teaching duties include exam invigilation, homework correction, parent-teacher meetings, one co-curricular activity, and being a homeroom/tutor-group mentor."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is B.Ed mandatory for this role?",
      "a": "For most K-12 teaching positions a B.Ed (or NIOS D.El.Ed for primary) is preferred and often required by board affiliations; pre-primary and special-skill roles sometimes accept relevant certification in lieu. Detailed CTET/TET and eligibility rules are covered in the guide: /guides/ctet-tet-qualifications."
    },
    {
      "q": "Will I get PF and statutory benefits?",
      "a": "Yes — established schools provide EPF (Provident Fund) and gratuity (after 5 years), and most also provide ESI for staff under the wage threshold. Specifics are spelled out in the offer letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Computer Science salary in Ferozepur?",
      "a": "Refer to the on-page \"Salary snapshot\" for the current market band. Broadly, PGT Computer Science pay in Ferozepur rises with years of experience, board (IB > CBSE > state), and school size — the linked full pay report breaks these out further."
