On-campus, ICC (Internal Complaints Committee) compliance is standard. Confirm the route map and the last drop time during the interview." }, { "q": "What non-teaching duties are expected?", "a": "Beyond teaching periods you'll typically own a homeroom, run one club/activity, support exam logistics, and contribute to one school-wide initiative each term." }, { "q": "Is English fluency required?", "a": "Yes — instruction is in English at most the school's schools.
