      "q": "Where exactly is Kingston Public School located?",

    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Geography salary in Dehradun?",
      "a": "Refer to the on-page \"Salary snapshot\" for the current market band. Broadly, PGT Geography pay in Dehradun rises with years of experience, board (IB > CBSE > state), and school size — the linked full pay report breaks these out further."

    {
      "q": "Do staff get fee concession for their children?",
      "a": "Many schools offer a tuition-fee concession for the children of full-time staff, subject to admission criteria and available seats. The appointment letter or the school's written HR policy is the authoritative source — confirm what applies before treating it as compensation."

    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at Kingston Public School?",
      "a": "Yes — the band shown is a starting point. Schools consider your last-drawn CTC, teaching experience, board expertise (state-board) and any specialist skills. Come prepared with a specific number and a 1-line justification."

    {
      "q": "Is English fluency required?",
      "a": "Bilingual fluency (English + regional language) is typically expected at state-board schools, especially for lower grades. Senior-secondary subject roles lean more English-first."
    },
    {
      "q": "How big are the classes?",
      "a": "Section sizes typically range from 25 to 40 students. The school will confirm exact section size during the interview based on the grade you'll teach."
    },
    {
      "q": "What does a typical day look like?",
      "a": "Most teachers handle 4–6 instructional periods a day, with the rest going to lesson planning, assessment correction, and a co-curricular duty."
    },
    {
      "q": "What arrangements are there for women teachers' commute and safety?",
      "a": "Staff transport with defined pickup points, a women-first evening drop policy, CCTV coverage in corridors and staff areas, and an active Internal Complaints Committee are the norm at most established Indian schools. Ask HR for the specific route serving your locality."
