In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. The appointment letter or the school's written HR policy is the authoritative source — confirm what applies before treating it as compensation." }, { "q": "Are detailed lesson plans expected?", "a": "Schools generally require lesson plans aligned to the syllabus and pacing calendar. Coordinators review them weekly or fortnightly." }, { "q": "How long after the interview until I get an offer letter?", "a": "Typically 3–7 working days after the final interview, once reference checks and internal approvals are done.
