    {
      "q": "What is the salary for this PGT Political Science role?",
      "a": "Refer to the salary range posted on this page. Most schools negotiate within this band based on your last drawn CTC and relevant experience."
    },
    {
      "q": "Where exactly is K.P. Model School Bank Colony, Basti Bawa Khel(West-02) located?",
      "a": "The school is in Jalandhar, Punjab. Check the \"About the school\" section for the campus link and the nearest public-transport reference."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Political Science salary in Jalandhar?",
      "a": "Refer to the on-page \"Salary snapshot\" for the current market band. Broadly, PGT Political Science pay in Jalandhar rises with years of experience, board (IB > CBSE > state), and school size — the linked full pay report breaks these out further."
    },
    {
      "q": "Will I get PF and statutory benefits?",
      "a": "Yes — established schools provide EPF (Provident Fund) and gratuity (after 5 years), and most also provide ESI for staff under the wage threshold. Specifics are spelled out in the offer letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is there a probation period?",
      "a": "Most schools run a 3–6 month probation with the same salary as confirmation. Confirmation is typically subject to satisfactory performance reviews and document verification."
    },

      "q": "How do I write an application email for this PGT Political Science role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"PGT Political Science — K.P. Model School Bank Colony, Basti Bawa Khel(West-02)\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "How long after the interview until I get an offer letter?",
      "a": "Typically 3–7 working days after the final interview, once reference checks and internal approvals are done. Verbal confirmations sometimes come sooner — always wait for the written offer before resigning your current role."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."

    {
      "q": "How do I make a resume for a STATE BOARD PGT Political Science job?",

    },
    {
      "q": "Is background verification done before joining?",
      "a": "Yes — most schools run document and reference verification, and many use third-party background checks. Keep your last 2–3 employer references and original certificates ready."
