    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at Paragon Convent Public School Dandru?",
      "a": "Most schools have a defined band per role but the final number is negotiable within it. The strongest levers are recent teaching experience, board expertise, and willingness to take on coordinator/extra-curricular responsibilities."
    },
    {
      "q": "Are meals provided at school?",
      "a": "Subsidised tea/snacks are common; full meals depend on the school. Boarding schools usually provide meals as part of the package for resident staff."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."

    {
      "q": "Is accommodation provided?",

    },
    {
      "q": "What's the interview process like for this teaching role?",
      "a": "Typical schools run a screening call → a demo class (15–30 minutes for the relevant grade) → a panel interview with the Principal/HOD. Some boards also ask for a written response or a sample lesson plan."
    },
    {
      "q": "What questions are asked in a PGT Political Science interview?",
      "a": "Six sample questions with model answers for this exact role — including a demo-lesson walkthrough, classroom-management scenario and subject-specific probe — are in the PGT interview guide: /interview-questions/pgt-maths."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Political Science salary in Hamirpur (H.p.)?",
      "a": "Check the \"Salary snapshot\" section above for the entry / typical / senior band tailored to PGT Political Science roles in Hamirpur (H.p.). City tier and board affiliation move the number materially — IB and Cambridge schools sit at the top of the range, state-board private schools at the base."
    },
    {
      "q": "How do I write an application email for this PGT Political Science role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"PGT Political Science — Paragon Convent Public School Dandru\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "I'm serving notice — should I still apply?",
      "a": "Absolutely — schools regularly hire candidates on notice. Be upfront about your release date so interview scheduling and the offer timeline can be aligned."
    },
    {
      "q": "How big are the classes?",
      "a": "Class sizes in Indian K-12 schools usually fall in the 25–40 student range. Premium IB/IGCSE schools often cap sections at 22–25."
