      "q": "Which curriculum does the school follow?",
      "a": "Wetge Public School follows the CBSE curriculum, so teaching, assessment and reporting align to that framework."
    },
    {
      "q": "How big are the classes?",
      "a": "Section sizes typically range from 25 to 40 students. The school will confirm exact section size during the interview based on the grade you'll teach."
    },
    {
      "q": "What's the interview process like for this teaching role?",
      "a": "Most schools have 2–3 rounds: an HR call, a demo lesson, then a leadership interview. Be ready to walk through one of your lesson plans and how you handle classroom management."
    },
    {
      "q": "Where exactly is Wetge Public School located?",
      "a": "The school is in Bokaro, Jharkhand. Check the \"About the school\" section for the campus link and the nearest public-transport reference."
    },
    {
      "q": "What is the average PGT Political Science salary in Bokaro?",
      "a": "Refer to the on-page \"Salary snapshot\" for the current market band. Broadly, PGT Political Science pay in Bokaro rises with years of experience, board (IB > CBSE > state), and school size — the linked full pay report breaks these out further."
    },
    {
      "q": "How will I know if my application is being reviewed?",
      "a": "Every status change (viewed, shortlisted, interview scheduled, offered) is pushed to your dashboard and email. Turn on job alerts for the same role in the same city so you don't lose momentum if this one pauses."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is B.Ed mandatory for this role?",
      "a": "For most K-12 teaching positions a B.Ed (or NIOS D.El.Ed for primary) is preferred and often required by board affiliations; pre-primary and special-skill roles sometimes accept relevant certification in lieu. Detailed CTET/TET and eligibility rules are covered in the guide: /guides/ctet-tet-qualifications."
    },
    {
      "q": "How long does it take to hear back after applying?",
      "a": "Response times vary, but shortlisted candidates are typically contacted within a week. You'll get a notification on School Jobs India the moment the school updates your application status."
    },
    {
      "q": "When does the school want the joining date to be?",
      "a": "Joining dates are usually negotiable around the school calendar. Mid-term joining is common for replacement vacancies; new positions often align to April or the start of the next term."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."
