      "q": "How do I write an application email for this Table Tennis Coach role?",
      "a": "A ready template with subject line, three-paragraph structure and attachment checklist (with a \"Table Tennis Coach — The Jain World School\" subject-line example) is in the guide: /guides/teacher-application-letter."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is the salary CTC or in-hand?",
      "a": "Most Indian schools quote annual CTC. In-hand is lower than CTC once employee PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹15,000 basic/month), professional tax and — where applicable — income tax under the new regime are deducted. Plug the offered CTC into the in-hand salary calculator at /tools/in-hand-salary-calculator for a line-by-line breakdown against this job."

      "q": "What qualifications are required for a Table Tennis Coach?",
      "a": "Most Table Tennis Coach roles require a relevant Bachelor's/Master's in the subject plus a B.Ed (or equivalent teacher-training qualification). Specific board requirements (CTET, IB workshops, IGCSE training) may also apply."

    {
      "q": "What's the interview process like for this teaching role?",

    },
    {
      "q": "Can I negotiate the salary at The Jain World School?",
      "a": "Most schools have a defined band per role but the final number is negotiable within it. The strongest levers are recent teaching experience, board expertise, and willingness to take on coordinator/extra-curricular responsibilities."
    },
    {
      "q": "Which curriculum does the school follow?",
      "a": "The Jain World School follows the CBSE curriculum, so teaching, assessment and reporting align to that framework."

      "q": "Do staff get fee concession for their children?",
      "a": "Many schools offer a tuition-fee concession for the children of full-time staff, subject to admission criteria and available seats. The appointment letter or the school's written HR policy is the authoritative source — confirm what applies before treating it as compensation."
    },
    {
      "q": "Is background verification done before joining?",
