Our task as educators is to help the child to utilize fully his natural energies and actualize perfectly all his developmental potentialities, which will help him / her to achieve greater independence and self respect. We direct out attention to the psychological and physical development of child rather than to his / her mistakes. We believe that our duty is not to force a child to obey a mere human but the laws of development which ultimately improve the innate discipline of the children. We are also very much watchful about favourable institutional environment which is a key factor for this mission.
