We collect information you provide directly (name, email, resume, work history) and information collected automatically (device, log, usage data) when you use School Jobs India.
How We Use Information
To operate the platform, match candidates with schools, send job alerts and product updates, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Your Rights
From your account settings you can edit your profile, hide yourself from school search, and deactivate your account, which stops schools finding or contacting you here without deleting anything. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email hello@schooljobsinindia.com — we handle these requests by hand, so we will confirm receipt and tell you how long yours will take. Applications you have already sent stay with those schools, and contact details a school already has cannot be recalled.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to authorized staff under audited controls. Breach notifications are sent within 72 hours where required.
Children
Our service is intended for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email and in-product banner at least 14 days before taking effect.
