St. Fidelis College

St. Fidelis College, Aliganj, Lucknow a Christian Catholic minority institution vide cert. No. 10404 of August 3, 2006 established in 1977 under the Patronage of St. Fidelis, managed and administered by a religious, charitable society engaged in educational and social work duly registered under the Registration of Societies Act No. XXI of 1860. It is an unaided, co-educational institution where boys and girls grow up together in a healthy atmosphere of equality and mutual respect. The medium of instruction from Nursery to Std. XII is English. Hindi is a compulsory subject. The order of Capuchin Friars Minor Society is founded by St. Francis of Assisi, came into existence in Italy in the 13th century. The members of this society are spread out in almost all the countries of the world.
