Role: Headmistress
We are hiring an experienced Headmistress to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Children’s Academy

The Patrons of the School were Nawab Afsar Hussain, Raja of Kotwara Syed Sajid Hussain Ali, Dr. Richard Morse (UN), Mr. Chandrajeet Yadav (MP) and Mr. S.Venkataramani (IAS) .The aim of the school is to provide education to the children irrespective of religion or economic status and to produce good citizens.</div><div>Another significant objective is to provide a balanced overall development of the student.
