Role: Robotics / STEM Coach
We are hiring an experienced Robotics / STEM Coach to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Deeksha High School
<p>Deeksha High School offers a holistic approach to education where each child is unique and the emphasis is on their intellectual, social, physical and emotional development. During the 1960s, Dr. Ramakrishna immigrated to the United States where he earned his Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati. He later settled in Charleston, West Virginia, where he worked for the West Virginia Department of Highways and eventually became Director of Research. After decades of service to the state of West Virginia, Dr. Ramakrishna and his wife, Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Ramakrishna, made the decision to return to Bangalore and dedicate their lives to children in need.</p>
