Role: Pre-Primary Coordinator
We are hiring an experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Deepalaya School
<p>Deepalaya was founded on July 16, 1979, with five children, two teachers and 17,500 rupees/investments from visionaries from seven like-minded founding members. At that time, preschool education had just begun. Since then, Deepalaya School has made great progress. Deepalaya is the "House of Light", Delhi's largest non-governmental organization, providing services to economically marginalized children, their families and communities in Delhi and some rural areas in Haryana and Uttarakhand.
