Role: Academic Coordinator
We are hiring an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the State Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Holy Child Convent School
<p>Holy child convent was established in 1987, “as a co-educational institution for providing nursery and primary education” in the south of Bangalore, Banashankari I stage, Bangalore-50, registered under Saraswathi Education Society. It caters to Karnataka state syllabus. Initially, the school was started at the nursery level and the years passed, the school expanded like a Banyan tree, stretching its branches to primary and secondary (1995) level, both in its strength and activities. The medium of instruction is English. In May 2003, the institution added on more feathers to its glory. It has acquired its own Hi-tech, multi storeyed, marvelous, sophisticated building which stands elegantly in the middle of Ashok Nagar opposite to the spacious play ground with its motto.</p>
