Role: Front Desk Executive
We are hiring an experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the No Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Little Millennium
Located at Plot No. 64, Bungalow No. 2 on Lane No. 13 in Kalyani Nagar, Little Millennium Pune offers a nurturing environment tailored to early learners, from toddlers to Kindergarten. The centre emphasizes holistic development using its award-winning Seven Petal curriculum, covering cognitive, language, physical, sensory, emotional, social, and creative growth. Designed with safety and engagement in mind, the facility includes air-conditioned classrooms, both indoor and outdoor play zones, CCTV monitoring, and parent app updates. Age-appropriate staff-to-child ratios are maintained—typically around 1:2 for infants, 1:6 for toddlers, and approximately 1:10 for older preschoolers. The academic session runs April to March, with preschool sessions typically held Monday to Friday (~9:00 am–12:30 pm) and daycare services available Monday to Saturday (~8:00 am–7:30 pm).
