Role: Visual Arts Teacher
We are hiring an experienced Visual Arts Teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Mansur Habibullah Memorial
<p>Mansur Habibullah Memorial School formerly known as South End School was established in the year 1979 by Syed Abul Mansur Habibullah. He was the former speaker of West Bengal Legislative Assembly & Law minister, Govt. of West Bengal. This school started with only 30 boys and girls. However, it made good progress over over the years, and the strength has now become 2000. It obtained its affiliation from the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (C.I.S.C.E) in 1989. At present there are 60 teaching and 20 non teaching staff. The school caters to the needs of the students and provides an all-round development of the students. The school has three building, Pre - Primary, Primary and Secondary section with a beautiful garden and two play grounds The school atmosphere is very healthy and congenial.</p>
