Role: Front Desk Executive
We are hiring an experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CISCE curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Matrikiran High School
<p>Managed by the Auro Education Society, the educational arm of the Vatika Group, MatriKiran is an English medium, co-educational school for Grades Pre-Nursery to 12. The 8.25 acre campus is spread over two locations – the Junior School, Sohna Road, on 2 acres, and the Senior School, Sector 83, on 6.25 acres. The Junior School, (Pre-Nursery to Grade 5) MatriKiran–Sohna Road, commenced its first academic session on 4th April 2011, whereas the High School at Vatika India Next, commenced on 4th April 2016.</p>
