Role: Yoga Instructor
We are hiring an experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Navy Children School
<p>Navy Children School is a co-educational school for classes from Stds I to XII and is located in the Navy Nagar at Colaba. This school was commissioned on 14 November 1989 by Mrs. Krishna Jain, President, Naval Wives Welfare Association and follows CBSE curriculum.It is run by the Navy Education Society NES and administered by the Headquarters, Western Naval Command. It prepares pupils for examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education. The Navy Children School aims at the overall development of each student’s personality, laying emphasis on the inculcation of a rational outlook.
