Role: Section Head — Primary
We are hiring an experienced Section Head — Primary to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the State Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Pride Pre-University
<p>Pride Group of Institutions is set up with an object of imparting quality education to the Students from Rural area. Pride Group of Institutions has been running Pre-university and Degree colleges in Bangalore North taluk adjacent to Bangalore City. The students of surrounding rural areas were deprived of higher education due to lack of colleges in the nearby areas. Having realised the social responsibilities to bridge the gap in offering continuous education to the rural students, during the year 2003, Pride Group of Institution started Diploma and PG Diploma in Power electronics distance education centre and an Independent Pre-University College recognised in the year 2004, recognised by Govt. of Karnataka, starting with Arts course. Commerce Course is added during 2007.</p>
