Role: Section Head — Middle
We are hiring an experienced Section Head — Middle to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the State Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

Raja Raj Kumar Bakshi, a noted humanitarian and philanthropist. Situated amid a picturesque and spacious campus at Alam Nagar, Lucknow, it was started with just about 50 students and 3 teachers in the year 1987. Today with over 2500 students and more than 70 well qualified teachers, the main branch of the school is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi (X & XII), while the Alam Nagar branch which was started in 1987 is affiliated with the UP Board (X & XII).</div><div>While playing adequate emphasis on the prescribed syllabus, the school pays extra attention to personality development, which is furthered by involving all students in various arts, cultural, and sport activities through trained professionals.</div>
