Role: Pre-Primary Coordinator

We are hiring an experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the No Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
  • Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
  • Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions

Qualifications

  • Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
  • B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
  • Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
  • Strong communication and classroom-management skills
  • Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Sanskriti Kids

Our daily schedule runs from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM, carefully structured to balance learning and play. Though we are not affiliated to any specific board, our curriculum is thoughtfully designed in English medium, focusing on holistic development—social, emotional, physical, and cognitive. We operate on an April to March academic session, following a play-based, child-centered approach that makes learning joyful and meaningful.
