Role: School Counselor
We are hiring an experienced School Counselor to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the State Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About St. Francis Elite School
<p>Saint Francis Xavier was born on 7th April, 1506 in the Spanish Basque country. He dedicated himself to the service of God. He met a fellow student Ignatius Loyolla who influenced and inspired him profoundly during their studies at the University of Paris. Franacis a Spanish Jesuit Missionary devoted himself to the noble task of kindling the light of knowledge wherever he went specially in India and Japan. He died on 3rd December, 1552. With his blessings we wished to spared his mission even into the interior villages, towns and cities bearing the torch of knowledge to all, big or small.</p>
