We are hiring an experienced TGT English to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the State Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Vision English Medium School
<p>Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve, the man who pioneered women empowerment in India, was born on April 18, 1858. Hailing from Ratnagiri in Maharashtra, Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve, more commonly known as Anna Karve, was instrumental in empowering women in pre-independence India and promoting widows’ education.The social reformer and educator established the Widow Re-marriage Association in 1893. The same year, he also shocked everyone after he opted to marry a widow, himself. His first wife had passed away earlier in the year 1891.Continuing with his effort towards helping widows, Maharishi Karve also founded an educational institution, Hindu Widows Home, in 1896, in Pune to help widows support themselves, in case they were unable to remarry.</p>
