Role: Pre-Primary Teacher
We are hiring an experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the State Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About VPM’s Vidya Mandir
<p>We are a Public Trust & a Charitable Society founded by natives of Dahisar, in 1962. Our basic aim was to provide school education to local children VPM’s Vidyamandir, Dahisar started off, on 18th June 1962, in a small tin shed on a land donated by farming families of Dahisar Municipal education in Dahisar is only up to Std VII (Marathi). Students continue with Vidya Mandir, std VIII onwards. The founder members, went from door to door in Dahisar to mobilise financial support by way of small donations.</p>
