I am eager to contribute to a school's academic excellence while continuously improving my teaching skills. I am a dedicated English teacher with 2 years of experience as a PRT/TGT English teacher at National English School (ICSE Board). During my teaching career, I have focused on creating engaging, student-centered classrooms using modern teaching methods such as activity-based learning, collaborative learning, technology integration, and experiential learning. These approaches have helped improve students' communication skills, confidence, critical thinking, and overall academic performance. Along with my ICSE teaching experience, I have a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, pedagogical practices, and competency-based learning approach. I am passionate about fostering a positive learning environment that inspires students to become confident, independent learners while continuously adapting my teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
