Role: PGT Geography
We are hiring an experienced PGT Geography to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the State Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

About Adarsha PU College
<p>Adarsha Educational and Social Service Trust (R) was founded in the year 1980 by Ramaswamy Iyengar. The main objective of this trust was to open an educational institution to provide the opportunity of education to the middle class and lower middle class of society. Today this trust administers primary school, high school, puc in the name of Adarsha College at RT Nagar, Bangalore-32. AESST started different institutions in the aim of providing education for all, especially the lower middle-class and the low-income group people. Our institution has a vision to make the children better by providing them quality education through wonderful and experienced lecturers and practical teaching with good labs.</p>
