Role: Pre-Primary Teacher
We are hiring an experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the No Board curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

<p>Bai Najamai Nosherwan Dastur Primary School is a recognized co-educational Primary School founded on 21st September 1953 and is a charitable minority institution under the CHARITABLE MINORITY TRUST. It admits pupils without any distinction of caste and creed, in classes from Pre-Nursery to Std. IV. The medium of instruction is English and Marathi is a compulsory subject in primary section. Students from Std. I onwards are also introduced to Computer Education. We encourage students to participate in various inter-school competitions as they play an important part in the child's education and helps to develop physical, moral, aesthetic and intellectual life.
