Academic Trainer – Computer Science
Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site / Field-based (School Visits) Experience: 1+ Year Industry: EdTech / Education Technology
Job Responsibilities
•Deliver structured and engaging training sessions for school teachers, principals, and academic coordinators in online and in-person formats. •Visit partner schools using Next Education’s products (training materials, textbooks, Digital content, and digital modules) to conduct teacher enablement programs. •Train and support teachers in the effective usage, implementation, and integration of Next Education’s Computer Science curriculum and digital solutions. •Demonstrate product features, digital platforms, coding tools, and classroom-ready teaching methodologies. •Facilitate onboarding and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of products across schools. •Conduct teacher assessments, collect feedback, and share improvement recommendations with internal teams. •Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, user manuals, and reference guides. •Collaborate with content, product, academic, and technology teams to continuously enhance training quality and curriculum effectiveness. •Organize and facilitate workshops, certification programs, refresher trainings, and academic events for educators. •Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and school-wise reports. •Provide ongoing academic and basic technical support to schools when required.
