Role: School Counselor
We are hiring an experienced School Counselor to join our team for the upcoming academic session. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and engage every learner
- Assess, record and report on student progress using both formative and summative tools
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in CCAs, parent–teacher meetings and professional-development sessions
Qualifications
- Post-graduate / graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification) preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

While undertaking this Educational Activity, I sought guidance from Experienced and Expert stalwarts in different fields. As the school Chairman, I noticed that the other schools follows the Western style in daily life in Baramati,Rui,Sawal and Jalochi areas. However, we have focused on Indian Culture and Tradition in our school. Keeping that goal in mind , we have been doing experiments since the beginning and that work has come to the blossom now . In our school, we work to nurture the latent qualities of the students and give them a truly International Outlook. In addition, students are also Encouraged to enlarge their all-round development through self-study and Innovative ideas. Our mission is to impart quality education and nurture Indian Culture.
