Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education. B.Ed preferred Experience: 5 years of teaching + 1-2 years in academic coordination/leadership role

Key Responsibilities: ● Manage grade-level academic delivery and administration effectively, ensuring excellence in academic results and student discipline. ● Coordinate with Central Academic Committees to implement the curriculum and academic programs as per prescribed guidelines. ● Establish and promote high standards and expectations for students and staff regarding academic performance and conduct. ● Ensure optimal engagement and utilization of teaching staff and timely completion of all academic responsibilities. ● Monitor and ensure adherence to all academic processes, policies, and guidelines laid down by the Board and Central Committees. ● Coordinate with the Principal and Management to provide required information and reports within stipulated timelines. ● Support the Principal in implementing new policies, academic initiatives, and organizational updates. ● Plan, supervise, and manage school events such as Parent Orientation Programs, Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), Sports Day, Coffee Meets, Competitions, and Student Events. ● Oversee the execution of curricular and co-curricular programs as per organizational guidelines. ● Ensure positive parent engagement and effectively resolve parent concerns escalated by stakeholders. ● Maintain effective communication and collaboration among students, teachers, parents, and school leadership. ● Manage academic documentation related to student performance, discipline, teacher performance, and academic records. ● Coordinate with various Central Office teams to ensure smooth school operations. ● Mentor, motivate, and guide teachers to deliver their best performance in alignment with the organization's academic philosophy. ● Foster a positive work culture and support staff engagement to minimize attrition. ● Ensure compliance with HR policies and organizational procedures. ● Collaborate with the Human Resources team to recruit quality teaching staff within defined timelines. ● Facilitate induction and on-boarding programs for new teaching staff at regular intervals. ● Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management or Principal.
