Key responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students
• Coordinate with parents, teachers and external specialists
• Maintain confidential case records
• Support inclusion and wellbeing initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Special Education as relevant
