About the role

Podar International School is hiring a Online Math Tutor (Remote) to join our Online school in Remote. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high-impact learning aligned to the CBSE curriculum.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the CBSE curriculum and our learner profile
Assess student progress through formative and summative tasks, and share timely feedback
Differentiate instruction to support mixed-ability classrooms, including learners with additional needs
Partner with parents and the pastoral team to support student wellbeing
Contribute to subject planning, school events, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in the subject area; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
1–5 years of relevant classroom experience, preferably with CBSE schools
Strong subject knowledge, classroom management, and communication skills
Comfortable with ed-tech tools (Google Workspace, learning management systems)

Nice to have

Prior experience leading a grade level, club, or co-curricular activity
Exposure to project-based or inquiry-led pedagogy
Postgraduate qualification in education or the subject area
