About the school: SSK Public school was founded by our founding mother Mrs. Geeta Bhambri. The first foundation stone of SSK Public school was laid on April 13, 1978 the auspicious day of Baisakhi.
Bade Bai Ji (Nun of Shri Anandpur Sewa Trust ) with seven Kanyas’ laid the first stone and fulfilled all the rituals. In 1979 SSK started its operations in full swing upto class V with 10 Staff Members and 200 Children. It was extended upto class X in 1982 and got its affiliation from CBSE.
It was further extended upto class XII in 1984. Founder Mother was a determined person and believed that each and every child should be educated. She went for door to door conviencing and made made parents realize the value of education.
Starting fees was Rs.2 Each child who was convienced is now at great positions.
