Role Description This is a full-time, on-site High School Teacher role based in Jamshedpur. The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, assess student learning through assignments, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, maintaining classroom discipline, integrating innovative teaching methods, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. The teacher will also participate in school events, staff meetings, and parent interactions, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications

Strong subject-matter expertise in major matriculation subjects and a solid foundation in Education to teach high school-level curriculum effectively. Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies to create structured, engaging, and learner-centered classroom experiences. Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, interact with students and families, and collaborate with staff. Ability to manage classrooms, use basic educational technology, adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs, and uphold the school’s values and code of conduct.
