About St. Joseph's Convent Girls' High School
The congregation of the Sisters of St.Joseph of Tarbes was founded in the year 1843, in France, by six young peasant girls, who had a special divine experience of God, which urged them to live together with a life of contemplation, and thus living in communion, they became sensitive to the needs of the people around; and responded enthusiastically to the divine call, and continued to educate the children and cared for the sick, the poor and the needy. OUR MISSION - Spiritually inspired we become intellectually enlightened, emotionally balanced, skill-based youth to serve the society. OUR VISION “The Sisters of St. Joseph of Tarbes envision an integrated human formation for COMMUNION in the Society.”
