My professional journey has encompassed teaching, curriculum planning, assessment design, academic leadership and teacher coordination. I have served as Grade Lead for Grades 7 and 8, Subject In-Charge for English, and SPOC for English, while also contributing to examination planning and academic development. As a certified Cambridge English trainer, I have worked with KET, PET, FCE and CAE programmes and have integrated digital platforms and innovative pedagogies into classroom learning. My professional achievements include being recognised with the Most Promising Teacher Award, a State-Level Honour in Punjab Debate Competition, and the Best Drama Teacher Award, along with experience in hosting MUN conferences.
