"With over 20 years of experience in English language education, curriculum development and teacher mentoring, I have taught and designed learning experiences across secondary and senior secondary levels. My expertise includes curriculum planning, assessment design, academic writing and creating learner-centred instructional resources, complemented by my current role as an English Curriculum Developer at Chrysalis High. I am now seeking opportunities to explore and contribute to the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, where I can leverage my strong pedagogical foundation and passion for English language education. My preference is to teach English exclusively to Grades IX, X, XI and XII. I am committed to fostering critical thinking, effective communication and a lifelong appreciation for literature and language in an international learning environment."
